We acknowledge there are wonderful benefits for mum-to-be when engaging in a well structured exercise program.

You are able to continue attending classes for your first trimester of pregnancy. After this point you can still continue to attend once you’ve provided us with a letter from your medical professional clearing you to participate in exercise.  We kindly request you inform your instructor what week of pregnancy you are up to each week, to ensure recommended modifications of certain exercises are provided to you. It is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions with how you are feeling during the session and we strongly encourage you to pull back and take it easy if you are experiencing any discomfort.

We recommend clients in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy attend our Joyful Pilates and Joyful Zen sessions.

We are so excited to welcome you back and wish to ensure you introduce our sessions back into your routine slowly and with caution.  We kindly ask you consult with your Obstetrician or GP after your 6-8 week check-up, to ensure your recovery and physical health is cleared for our classes.
